Friede Dowie is a Director of BLSA.

Prior to joining the BLSA team, she worked for organised business in South Africa in various capacities including that of Secretary-General of Business South Africa and subsequently as Chief Officer Strategic Services at Business Unity South Africa (BUSA).

She holds the degrees B.Com, B.Com(Hons)(Econ) and M.Com(Econ), all obtained at the University of Pretoria.
